Becky has directed ECM’s Colorado efforts since 2004.  Her experience includes serving as an aid to US Congressman Lee Hamilton and as a Legislative Aid in the Indiana Legislature.  She has worked on candidate and issue campaigns, and specializes in research, policy and advocacy in child welfare and health care.  She is a PhD Candidate in Child and Family Leadership at the University of Denver, where she also earned an MA. She currently teaches Policy & Advocacy for Early Childhood Educators at the University of Denver.

Matt is a recent graduate of Metro State College in Denver where he majored in Political Science.  He served as an intern in the Denver Mayor’s Office of Economic Development Youth Services and was a Legislative Aide for Colorado State Representative Rosemary Marshall. He also worked as a Program Assistant for Big City Mountaineers.  Matt manages statewide outreach and field organization for ECM CO.

Dawn represents ECM CO on a part-time basis, assisting with community organizing, media relations and public education.  Dawn is an ordained minister, receiving her Masters of Divinity from Vanderbilt in 2005. Dawn also holds a Masters in Print Journalism from University of Colorado
