Every Child Matters in New Hampshire took full advantage of the hot weather at the Concord Market Days with a dunking booth that quickly became a popular draw. People waited in line to take a shot at dunking area personalities and celebrities, including Concord Mayor Jim Bouley, Concord High School's Track and Field Coach Barb Higgins, Concord Fire Fighters, Concord Police Officer Dan Riley.

nh_govdunk.jpgNot to be out done, the Governor of New Hampshire, John Lynch, got into the act by dunking Fire Dispatcher Benson Goodwin on his first throw!

The weather was in the 90's and muggy, making it the best place in town. People lined up to get their turn in the tank for only a dollar a throw.  All the proceeds went to Plus Time NH and the Concord Firefighters Union's MDA boot collection for Jerry's Kids.

The streets were packed all three days and ECM fans were seen in the hands of the young and old as they walked from booth to booth collecting information, tasting baked goods, buying merchandise from local merchants and community organizations, or just watching the many performers on the Main Street stage.
