| Virginia Steps Up for Kids |

Every Child Matters organized a non-partisan, nationwide
event, "Step Up for Kids Day," on September 16, 2008 to draw public
attention to issues affecting America's children. "Children can't vote, so it is up to all of us to be their voice," said John R. Morgan, executive director of Voices for Virginia's Children.
