Dr. Steve Berman, FAAP - Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Colorado School of Medicine, and endowed chair of Academic General Pediatrics at the Children’s Hospital in Denver. He is also Director of the University of Colorado Center for Global Health. A practicing primary care pediatrician, he is a leader in child advocacy, child health policy, clinical and outcomes research, international health, and pediatric education.
M. Laurie Cammisa, Esq. - Vice President for Child Advocacy for Children’s Hospital Boston, where she oversees all the hospital’s programs in the community to benefit children and their families. Her role also previously included government relations. Before going to Children’s Hospital, she was a legislative assistant to Rep. Dan Rostenkowski where she handled a variety of issues, with an emphasis on taxes.
