2007 Presidential Primary Polls
In June 2007, the Every Child Matters Education Fund held briefings in the early primary states of New Hampshire, Iowa, South Carolina, and Nevada showing the importance voters place and children's issues and want specific platforms from the candidates. We followed this up with a national poll of likely general election voters and combining the results of the polls in all four early states.

Also, voters say they oppose recent budget cuts made by the U.S. Congress.

National
This poll gives the Congress low marks on improving the health,
safety, and well-being of children and overwhelming supports
the federal goverment guaranteeing health care for every
child and are willing to draw a line in the sand and either
support those in favor of or vote out their Members who
oppose insuring every child.
Previous Polls
The Every Child Matters Education
Fund has conducted several polls, both nationally and in
specific states, about how voters view children's issues
in the context of federal elections. Each survey has shown
how voters strongly support increased investments in children
and place a high importance on children in determining how
they vote.
